Jan Suchy is IT architect and Power Systems SME with over a two decades of experience designing critical infrastructures across Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe. Currently serving as Power Subject Matter Expert (SME) at IBM, he provides strategic technical leadership in the areas of high availability, disaster recovery, hybrid cloud, and performance optimisation for enterprise workloads.
Since joining IBM in 1999, he has held various client-facing roles, including Client Technical Architect, with a strong focus on building infrastructure for analytics, cognitive computing and cloud-native platforms. His expertise spans cross major computing and storage platforms hosting critical systems based on Oracle, SAP HANA, IBM DB2 BLU and also OpenSource projects.
