Øyvind Isene is a DBA and DBA consultant, working and living in Oslo, Norway. He enjoys working with the Oracle database and helping other people with it. He spends quite a lot of time in the Oracle community and enjoys networking with other Oracle professionals.
POUG is not only the official Oracle community – first of all it is the base of very active members, who are engaged in the group development both during the meetings and the preparations to them.
