Tinatin Balavadze

I code Kotlin, design scalable Android apps, and mentor career changers breaking into tech. But that’s not where I started. I spent years crafting learning programs and leading teams that delivered results — big, bold, and meaningful ones. Now, I’ve taken all that know-how and brought it into the world of software development.
By day, I’m a Junior Software Engineer at Zalando, where I build user-focused apps and systems that don’t just work—they shine. APIs, reusable components, scalable architectures? I’ve got those covered. By night (and sometimes lunch breaks), I’m mentoring, speaking, or brainstorming ways to make tech more inclusive.
Before diving into dev life, I led learning teams, created game-changing training programs, and championed collaboration. Now, I’m all about bringing those lessons into tech—bridging creativity and code to make magic happen.
