I am Sebastien Masson, a french DBA with 15+ experience in IT . After a first professional experience at Sopra Steria where I made my first steps as developer, system administrator and finally DBA, I joined CERN in 2016. Since then I have been working on large MAA environments administration and support for CERN’s user community. I am especially focused on disaster recovery for Oracle database trying to anticipate the worst, and make people feel more comfortable about it. I’ve also been involved in various projects at CERN involving Oracle database which allowed me to present twice at OOW and at many other events with Oracle France.
