Rishin Mitra

Rishin is an Oracle ACE having around 14 years of industry experience of leading and supporting the development and timely delivery of large-scale projects across products and services.
He works as the Oracle Capability Lead. Before moving to the UK in 2018, Rishin worked as a Senior Applications Developer in the Finance Globalization team at Oracle, where he was involved in the development and delivery of various legislative projects for EMEA countries.
Rishin is passionate about knowledge sharing through blogs. He has presented in multiple conferences across the globe. He was adjudged as the "Best Tech New Speaker of the Year" at the UK Oracle User Group Community Awards 2023, for his presentation on “Oracle SQL Performance Tuning”. He has presented at POUG before and would love to present again at this awesome conference.
